Darren & Angie Anderson have owned and operated the Minnewaska House since 2004. They strive to give customers an overall great dining experience, from quality food grilled over charcoal to the friendly, small-town customer service. They are always looking for opportunities to set them apart, and have opened a brewery inside the Minnewaska House and is now Minnewaska House Brewing Co + Grill. Visit us for dining, flights available for tasting of the variety of House craft beers as well as
pairing with menu items.

BREWMASTER

Grozio Blevins is our brewmaster. He lives in Glenwood and has been home brewing for 25 years. Grozio brews his small batches of beer two times a week to ensure the freshness and quality. Most batches are around 40 gallons. From start to finish, a batch of beer takes around 2 weeks to get ready for serving.

Grozio and his wife, Lisa, help with special events and off-site catering at MHBC. His son, Cody, is a graphic artist and has designed all the beer logos for Minnewaska Brewing Co + Grill.
